By accessing or using PerfectIdeas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PerfectIdeas provides AI-powered startup idea analysis. You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or its AI systems.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Credits and unlocks are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
All AI-generated analysis, scores, and business plans on PerfectIdeas are owned by PerfectLine. Ideas you submit remain yours; by submitting, you grant us a licence to process them through our pipeline.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI analysis is not financial or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial viability of any idea analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfectLine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PerfectIdeas.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.
