The Problem

Teams rely on single 'heroes' who are the only people with domain knowledge or operational access; when they leave or are overloaded, projects stall. Companies lack visibility into which services/projects have single-person ownership or undocumented capabilities, and current org-tools (org charts, ticket systems) don't surface operational concentration.
